Peer Code Review

No time for code reviews? Maybe Peer Code Reviews are a better fit.

As it turns out this is something that we’ve actually been doing for a while at Refactr without having a “real” name for it. We’re a small team, so informal code reviews are much more worthwhile than formal presentation-style reviews. Based on my experience in larger organizations, I think this would also be very helpful on larger teams as well. Cut out the pomp and circumstance and just get to the important part: Having another set of eyes and another person’s perspective on your code.
