Here are some things we a planning for refactr.com:

Must Have:

1. Apply new design to About Us, Contact Us, and Resources pages
2. Create services page
3. Get poster names to link to that poster’s bio page
4. Create bio pages – us Add Author page (http://codex.wordpress.org/Author_Templates)
5. Design the Archive page
6. Tweak design of weblog main page and weblog post pages

Should Have

1. Create print stylesheet
2. Tweak the search results page
3. Link to posts, articles, and whitepapers we have written
4. Create additional RSS feeds (like notify me when comments are on this post, etc)

Could Have

Won’t Have (for a while)

1. Create separate sidebar template for home and sub pages
2. Display tags on posts
3. Add tag suggest tool to admin
4. Add a newsletter signup
5. Add coComment plugin to configuration
