Q: What's the best part of working at Refactr?
A: There's so many good things about working for Refactr that it's really quite hard to choose any one thing. A flexible schedule, awesome coworkers and beer are just a few of my favorites.
Q: Tell us something interesting about your coworkers.
A: We are all connoisseurs of good beer, so much that we often do beer tastings here at work.
Q: Why did you choose your current profession?
A: I've always been more of a creative type at heart and my profession allows me to put forth that side of me everyday. It also has allowed me to surround myself with like-minded people which can make for a really great work environment. Who doesn't want that?
Q: What profession, other than your own, would you like to attempt?
A: Is owning a bowling alley a profession? How about if my bowling alley has a coffee shop in it?
Q: What turns you on creatively?
A: Inspiring others through teaching and sharing my knowledge.
Q: What is your favorite technology or gadget?
A: Hands down my white iPhone! For awhile I had an orange bumper on it and I called it my creamsicle, but now its got a white one which makes it clean and modern looking.
Q: What software or websites could you not live without?
A: It'd be quite interesting to find out what life would be like without Twitter. I've been able to talk to and meet so many people through Twitter that I likely wouldn't have been able to otherwise.
