Users can capture ideas, vote for and rate them, and use a scoring mechanism to see which ideas are best to be scheduled on the roadmap. The status of scheduled ideas can be managed, communicating which ideas have been completed versus those that are in progress.

We also believe that ideas should be gathered from your internal and external communities. MileMarker can capture ideas from site visitors through a pop-up form, as well as through idea communities that allow visitors to comment and vote on submitted ideas, all using basic snippets of code that can be added to any web page.
